Malabanan's Source of Income

SOURCE OF INCOME Brgy. Malabanan- also known as Honey Capital, asserted of Government Agency (DAR, DTI, DOLE) where the inspection of Honey bee starts under the member of Honey Bee Multi-purpose Cooperative. The Cooperative consists of Board Directors which is mainly responsible for decision making and Committee on Education, Audit & Inventory, and also the Marketing Commitee. Most of the people there work as a member of Cooperative and the factory is one of the major sources of their income. They are attending general meetings and assembly so that the members will always be informed about everything in the job and work activities of the cooperative. So each member will have the chance to run and lead their jobs properly. They also created several policies in their group for a much organized and harmonious relationship with all the members. The honey bee farm has opened a lot of job opportunities to their people. They have created products out of the honeys and were able to put grouped or individually-owned stalls of honey bee products, located along the highway of Brgy. Malabanan. It was the major source of income for them. Some products are being brought into Honey Bee farm at San Benito.
